Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 I have not been using my HP DESKJET 3835 for a while,  When I powered it, I was getting an ERROR CODE 0X0A1C4C38 LIB_NEO C displayed in the front panel.  I noticed that the print cartridges are not moving and got stuck on the right side.  Powering it off and waiting for few minutes before powering it on does not help.  Don't know why the print cartridges got stuck. Need to know how to unlock the print cartridges.
