We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I created 3 shortcuts for scanning for my HP Envy Inspire 7220e printer.

a) scan and print

b) scan and e-mail

c) scan and store in cloud

 

All three shortcuts work perfectly when I execute them in the HP Smart app (on my PC).

All three shortcuts result in the following Connection Error (The printer was unable to connect to the server) when I execute them from the printer control panel:

My printer is properly connected and I ran various reports to verify the status and everything is OK. Besides, if it wasn't OK then 2 of the 3 shortcuts should not work from HP Smart either.
