Product: HP OfficeJet 5258 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Black ink not printing in horizontal bands (mostly not printing at all, but I get one thin band of printing every inch or so). So far I've tried: cleaning the print heads through software multiple times, cleaning contacts on the ink cartridge and also in the carriage, removing and reinstalling ink cartridges, installing brand new ink cartridges, removing and reinstalling printer drivers, hard reset on the printer, printing a bunch and hope it clears up on its own. So far, nothing has worked. Can't do alignment because when I print the alignment page there's no black on it. Where to go from here?
