Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

I NEED HELP!  Can someone please tell me what to do.  My printer is stuck flashing purple. I have tried disabling it, followed all the directions that printed. My printer says that it is offline.  I have uninstalled, installed, scan and print doctor, shutdown, restart, disconnect and connect to wireless network.
