My HP Envy 6055e has a glowing amber light bar and no other error indicators. The print driver on MacOS Ventura 13.2 says "Error, Default". I have re-seated the print cartridges, made sure there is not a paper jam, re-seated the paper, and turned the printer off/on, unplugged it for 5 minutes and plugged it back in, reinstalled the driver on MacOS, etc. Still cannot print or clear the amber bar error. Please help.
