Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone, I have a printer I got from a friend. I have set it up and it is connected to my WiFi. everytime I go to print the hp smart app says problem with printer. I click OK and then it says ready but when I try print again same issue appeara again. it has Amber light on after that. I have tried several times resetting but this does not work. any advice?
