Product: HP JetAdvantage Secure Print Device License 1y E-LTU

We do have client using an HP Jet Advatage secure Print. They are using HP E77830 printer which has HP Secure Print embedded on the machine. This error 48.a1.01 job accounting service error happen on the machine. What we do is to re-embedd the HP Secure Print. My question, is there any resolution on this to fix it permanently? and what would be the cause why we encountered this repeatedly?
