I'm desperate for some help here guys. I'm trying to make simple copies for my classes, which I have to be at in about two hours, but my printer is telling me that there is an issue with my hp account and that I won't be able to print until it's resolved. I have no idea what my account has to do with my printer's ability to make copies, but apparently it does, as my printer will say "checking status" everytime I try to copy, only to immediately throw that error up again..  I've checked every square inch of every hp app I have and every hp website I can get to, and other than telling me that there is a problem, it won't tell me what or how to fix it. 

Does anyone know how to deal with this?????
