Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e

I just purchased this new 7955e and the cyan part of the tricolor ink is nit being used. All of my photos are red. I tried resetting it, power cycling, printing the diagnostics and status sheets, and nothing is showing a problem. The ink is new and full and the printer is literally right out the box. Solutions?
