I have a very important report to produce tomorrow.  A good friend lent me his HP Envy 6055e.   The cartridges were very low but it was functioning.   I am able to scan, and do various other functions include printing the test sheet which tells  me the printer is working and connected to them internet.   I reworked my report and then tried to print it.  Cartridge we empty so I added new XL cartridges.   Non HP cartridges!   Now the printer still does everything but when I print it gives me the following message.

Printer Can Not Print

If you have an HP + printer be sure to use original HP Cartrides

SIgn into the HP account on the Home Screen to check your status

Are you freaking kidding me?   I am able to use every other function of the printer, print 10 test sheets and instructions.  But I can’t print my report because I didnt buy OEM cartridges?    This doesnt see right or legal.    There must be a bypass somewhere.   Please don’t lie to me about how they are inferior or malfunctioning.   It’s a straight up match and as I have said they will print any and all test sheets.

Please, I am likely to get fired without the report and this is ridiculous.
