Product: HP DeskJet 2720 All-in-One Printer

Hello, i just bought a new hp 305 black cartridges and my printer is stuck at E0 error. I have tried to clean the cartridge but the error is not going. The hp smart app shows incompatible cartridge. Any recommendations from anyone?
