Product: HP Envy Inspire 7955e

I am working with an HP Envy Inspire 7955e I printed 3 photos on a 5x5 photo paper and I get lines about every inch across the photo. I tried landscape and horizontal settings. Any Idea what could be causing this? I have done the cleaning and alignment already but still have the same issue.
