Product: HP Color Laser 150nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, my HP Color Laser 150nw is printing the shadow of the top of the page around the bottom of the page. The colors are smeared across the horizontal half of the page too.
- I have manually cleaned the drum and checked ink cartridges and all seems okay.
- I ran HP Print & Scan Doctor and it's not helping.
- I ran the troubleshooter of the printer as well but no luck.
I have attached the Test Page below as a sample. Appreciate it if anyone can help how to resolve this.
