Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When printing envelopes using my hp OfficeJet Pro 80254e i get jagged printing and almost unreadable. Anyone else experience this and what did you do to ix it.   I have been using Word 325. Also the first envelope is discarded by the printer.
