Product: HP SD Pro 44-in Scanner

Hi, 

We have an HP SD pro 44 in scanner here at work. The previous employees did the setup and did not document the password. I have reached out to them and we were not able to retrieve the password. I would like to either reset the administrator password or factory reset the printer. 

 

How can I do this?
