HP Recommended

HP Envy 6000 displays E3 error.  I have performed all steps to clear blockages which there were none.  Have unplugged and plugged back in, have powered down and started back up many many times to no avail.  I went so far as to purchase a NEW printer Envy 6000e and as soon as I powered it up I get the same error?
