Hello,
I bought my printer HP LaserJet MFP M140w at January 2023.
I installed the printer by the HP App tool on my MacBook Air with MacOS Ventura 13.4.1 and I disabled Web services because I didn't want to subscribe HP Insant Iink.
At June 2023 I changed the toner with an original one (see below) and was able to continue to print, scan correcly until few days ago when the printer raised the yellow warning "Check accounts" and stopped to print...
I tryed everything possible:
- Reinstall the printer MANY times
- Reinstall HP App and the printer many times
- Reset the printer and reinstalling it
- on hp.com I registerd the printer under my account
(I waste a lot of time on this, because I used the WRONG product number reported by the HP App printer info page...)
- On HP App-> My Printer -> Advanced settings -> HP Web Service -> I tried to re-enable Web Service but the page seems looping endless
A very strange thing was in HP Aoo-> Printer -> Printer information where the product number was DIFFERENT than the one showed in the printer LABEL....
Please help me
