I have the HP Envy 6000 series. I have only used the printer a few times over the past year. Today I replaced the ink cartridges, aligned, and used the printer's process to clean the printer heads. The test page is very faint with color and does not show any black ink at all. I used the Smart HP app to clean the printer heads again, then manually wiped them with a damp cloth as suggested. After multiple attempts, and after running the test page and diagnostics, the color printing is still poor and no black ink again. What is going on, and should I just replace the printer. It's practically brand new with minimal use?
