Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

I appear to have the printhead issue on the 8620 that many have had. I followed the instructions in your post "How to solve printhead error for Officejet 8600 to 8660" but without succes. I bought a new printhead but I got the same error message (printhead missing, not detected or not correctly installed, Oxc19a0003). What I do not understand is that the printer still "sees" the inktlevels, so printheads must work partly. When I run HP Officejet Pro 8620 Toolbox / Printhead Health, it shows the colors but not the other printhead data like part number, serial number etc for the old and the new printhead. Is there a printhead-to printer connection problem? Please advise what to do. I bought another printer but my 8620 printer is superb and I would like to continue using the 8620. Thanks in advance, Sander
