Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8022e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've installed non-HP cartridges into my printer and this Blue light error code 042F34E8 has come up.  The cartridges are now stuck on the right side and I can't even get access to replace them.  Please help.  Many thanks.
