Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Have replaced black ink cartridge in my HP Envy 4520 and get the message - Incompatible Cartridges - the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. I have the correct numbered cartridge and have followed all tips on line including resetting and cleaning but still get the same message. Have reinstalled the old cartridge and that is accepted but when I go back to the new one the error occurs again.
