Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Photosmart C4580 with cartridge problems. After fitting brand new HP cartridges I still get error messages - 'Printer cartridge(s) missing or not detected', 'Alignment page not detected' and 'Incompatible print cartridges'.

 

I have read that other users have similar problems. Can anyone please help.
