Product: HP Smart Tank 7602

I am having several issues with my new HP Smart Tank 7602

 

1) I Purchased the printer from HP.com on 7/5/23 but HP says my warranty expired on 6/4/23 so they won't talk to me

2) The printer won't print in black. The ink well is full, but I can see that the ink in the clear pipe to the printhead only goes half way

3) The printhead holder does not move to the center when the door is open so I cannot troubleshoot issues with the printhead - Any secret for making this happen?
