This seems to be a common issue. If have tried the suggestions from other posts. Simply unplugging and re-plugging in does not work. Unplugging, holding the power button for 10-15 seconds and re-plugging in does not help. Even tried the suggestion to remove print cartridges and unplug and re-plug in the print. Is there a hard reset option. Printer is not connected to the laptop. Any new ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
