HP Recommended

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6978, my settings are locked, and the message I receive when trying to update wireless settings says "The feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer."  I have moved my printer to a different wireless router, and it won't connect, and the Wireless Setup Wizard is not accessible.  Appears have to "Reset to Factory Defaults" but I don't have the pin to continue as it has been locked.
