Hi, I have an Officejet 3830 printer. It was working fine until just a few days ago when it stopped communicating with my computer. Usually the printer goes to sleep and the screen turns off, but when I send a print job it comes to life and prints. Now when I send the print job nothing happens. The screen stays dark. I ran the "diagnose and fix" from the support app but it says "print que issue not fixed", and then that's all the help it offers. I imagine this is an easy fix, but I have no idea what to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
