Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The following lights are blinking: paper feed, "i", ink cartridge, and power. The display screen is blinking. And the printer is listed as offline on the computer control panel.

 

The following have been done: unplugg and plug in the printer, restart the router, and restart the computer.
