HP Recommended

HP inkjet 8600. Printer carriage is jammed on the right and will not move. No paper jam is present. Reset manuevers on HP video not successful. Error message on screen  says" The print carriage cannot move. Open ink cartridge access door , clear any paper jam or destruction and select ok.  I cannot print a printer status report as the screen defaults to the error message. I could not remove the carriage or cartridges as they are not accessible due to where the carriage is jammed- to the very far right.
