HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP X57945z Printer

Recently purchased 22 HP MFP x57945z which are configured for badge printing. 9 of these printers occasionally receive this error on LCD " System Main Failed! To continue, turn product off and on " there is also a reset button the LCD which is unresponsive. You would need to hard power cycle the unit to get it operational . The error occur when the printer is idle.

Any one seen this error ?  Or knows of a corrective action ?

 

I have check configuration pages from printers of the same model whose not experiencing the issue with ones who are getting the issue . All firmware looks the same.
