Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 4650 OfficeJet printer. all of a sudden it starts saying my cartridges are incompatible. So I bought a new HP 63XL cartridge and installed that. It still shows the same message.. Can someone help me fix this?
