Installed a new ink cartridge and revived an error one or more cartridges appear to be damaged. These were new genuine HP cartridges installed. When installed the magenta and cyan showed the error. Took them out and cleaned them, restarted the printer and the cyan error was still coming up. Took the cartridge and print head out and cleaned all the contacts with contact cleaner. Put everything back together and the yellow cartridge shows error. Whatever i do and clean a different one keeps me from being able to print ? The printer was printing just fine until I needed to change the ink cartridges ? At one time I could at least get to the home screen, not it is stuck on the error screen and turning the printer off and on does not get me there either ?
