Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
I received the following Printer Failure Message: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on, if problem persists, contact HP." I tried this multiple times, but just kept getting the same message. There was no error code provided in the message.
As I just wanted to perform "clean printhead" after cyan was getting worse (full cartridge) it ended with error.
I tried all other steps finding on hp helpdesk. Nothing helps. New printhead is not an option.
