Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Had problem with printhead, so installed a new one.  Error generated indicating printhead problem.  Did full partial reset and now printer indicates bad cartridge (yellow) and when I open the access panel, the carriage does not move.  Unplugging unit and trying to move carriage does not work....CARRIAGE APPEARS TO BE KAPUT....
