The HP OfficeJet Pro 1835e stopped printing after I installed new ink cartridges. The printer is online and willing to print the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPORT, the Print Quality Service Report, and the Event Log (so the cartridges are working fine). It will NOT print anything from the computer, including the test page from the Windows setting app or the HP Smart app. The Event Log lists the following error codes in decreasing frequency: F0.03.06.08, F0.03.09.03, Error F0.04.02.02 is labeled CRITICAL. Warning codes in decreasing frequency are F0.04.02.03, F0.01.2D.02, F0.03.08.01, and F0.03.08.04. Printer has been turned off and, on several times, even reinstalled via HP Smart. HP Smart says the printer is ready to print. Firmware 6.20.1.5-202403010838 and automatic updates is set to ON. The printer is 4 months old and still under warranty. Any help would be appreciated.
