Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer
My printer has an error message and won't work. This is what it says....There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn off printer and turn back on, if problem persists contact HP.
I turned off the device serveral times and plugged back in. I also unplugged the power during the process and the error message is still there.
Any advice?
