This printer had a message on the display that said it had an error and needed to be restarted. When I restarted it the display was a blue screen with numbers on it. I followed all of the various automated tools and troubleshooting steps but always the blue screen appeared, each time with different numbers. From reading ALL the community posts about blue screens I have discovered that I probably need to do a semi full reset. I see I have to get instructions from HP specific to my printer. Would someone please provide me with these instructions? Please note: I can't do anything on the touchscreen display and the only physical button is the power button Also, this printer is enrolled in Instant Ink. Thank you for your assistance with resolving this issue. I greatly appreciate it
