Product: HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer

MY Envy 6432e printer shows an error code of E6 and despite following the instructions as to how to get rid of this it does not go away.  I have tried reconnecting to wifi this does not help in anyway.  Within the HP Smart App is shows the printer as "printer failure"
