Hello, I haven’t used my printer in a while and I have tried to use it today, but it’s telling me there is an account issue and I can’t print documents until it’s resolved. I have gone onto my account and noticed it has been suspended, to which it tells me to update my billing. I have tried to do this multiple times with 2 different cards but nothing is working. Please could someone help. Thank you
