Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My printer issue "offline" persists despite having followed all the steps recommended in other message threads by other people.
I’ve turned all devices off/on, restarted them, set the default printer, used the print spooler, reinstalled the latest drivers, checked network configuration and IP addresses, ran HP print doctor and HP Smart. None of them helps.
The only thing that brings my printer temporarily back to “ready” is when I ‘remove’ it from my computer (Win11) and re-install it. After some minutes, it goes offline again. Very frustrating and time consuming.
What’s the solution to this, please?
