Boa tarde,
Solicito a vossa ajuda pois não consigo imprimir.
Tenho uma impressora HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

Sou subscritor do HP Instant ink que no site indica que os tinteiros não necessitam de ser substituidos.
Quando ligo a impressora ficam acesos os led's (ver por favor imagem em anexo).
Tempos atras já vinha acontecendo mas passados uns minutos, sem nada fazer, a situação ficava normalizada.
