Hello,

 

My printer one day told me that the printhead was missing, note detected, or not properly installed.  I followed all of the steps provided in other threads and it hasn't worked. I went ahead and bought a brand new printhead for it, installed it, still getting the same errors.  I followed the reinstalling it 3 times with the power cycles and still haven't gotten anywhere. Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.
