HP Recommended

My HP ENVY 6000 series printer does not print black after replacing both cartridges.  They were both low when my wife printed a photo that printer with very poor color, so I replace both cartridges.  The alignment page did not have any black printed on it, only blue.  I have used the HP Smart Clean Printheads tool for both level 1 and level 2 cleaning with no improvement.
