HP Recommended

My new HP 6100e printer kept freezing after 24-48 hours of inactivity. The display panel went blank and nothing could wake it up other than unplugging the power cord and re-starting. HP support sent me a replacement unit and the same thing happened. At least there's a workaround (unplugging), but I hope HP is aware of and can find a fix the issue soon.
