My HP Smart tank 5100 has not worked  properly since its install.  When jobs are sent it just gets stuck in print mode, says, printer busy, or says error message when there aren't any error messages.  Then the on button flashes.  I'm trying to print from iOS 18.1.1 and Mac OS Sequoia.  It's very frustrating as I have to unplug the machine and replug it in every time to reset the printer.  Can someone tell me what's up?
