Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I hope somebody can be of assistance. My hp officejet 3831 suddenly shuts down and does not restarts. After a couple of days it suddenly jumps to live again. I can print several papers and shuts down again.  Each time i get the following error code 0xb950c06c  or 0xb950c05c  (I cannot really distinguish the last number 5 or 6). Can anybody tell me what to do? Many thanks.
