Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7920e All-in-One Printer

I have a mac computer that won't print due to expired certificate.  Help centre is useless.  I cannot access Advanced Settings from the app.  

This site can’t be reached

I hate this printer it has been nothing but trouble since I got it 6mths ago.  Constant errors and rubbish help that doesn't ever help. It may as well be in the bin!!!!!!!!!!!
