HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

My brand new out of the box LaserJet pro MFP M428fdw printer jams every page in the back panel.  

So far I have tried,

*changing the toner cartridge,

*cleaning all the rollers around the toner cartridge area with a damp cloth to get rid of dust, 

*Visually examining all exposed rollers and moving parts for damage and cleaning dust.

None of which have improved the jamming in the rear panel.

Next I will try a 200g. Paper instead of the 75g I'm currently using, however, if I can't use regular paper in the printer I don't imagine I will want it anyways.

If anyone else has ran into this issue before any insight would help.
