HP Recommended

My HP Smart Tank 530 cyan color not printing, the rest colors if is printing:

 

  1. Yellow
  2. Magenta 
  3. Black 

I make some test:

 

  1. Clean the printheads

  2.  Align the printheads

But i have the same problem, i contact with the technician and said me what could be the problem:
