We're using a new OfficeJet Pro 9730e hooked up to our network. The printer frequently freezes, and the power button and screen are unresponsive. The printer must be unplugged and plugged back in to get it to work. If it doesn't do this, there are times when it becomes so sluggish as to be unusable. We're noticing it mostly when doing scan jobs with the scan going to a computer, but it's happened randomly as well. Here's a small sample of the errors listed in the event log:
02-18-25 03:09:36 PM Warning F0.31.01.03
02-18-25 03:00:37 PM Warning F0.01.2D.02
02-18-25 01:33:54 PM Error F0.31.0A.10
02-18-25 01:29:17 PM Error F0.31.01.22
The F0.31.01.22 and F0.31.0A.10 event codes are the most common.
Most errors and warnings have 109 engine cycles, and the warnings often have repetitions from 5 to 156.
Firmware: 6.23.2.15-202412050515 should be up to date.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
