Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

HP Smart Tank 7300 printer.   The black ink faded out although the tank is full. The reason seems to be a problem with ink suction, because the ink tube for the black ink ist empty (transparent). The attempt to solve the problem by reinstalling the print head fails because the printhead does not move to the middle position after the printhed door has been opened.
